Today, Savannah Jade released her highly anticipated, self-titled debut EP with new single “I Don’t Have Exes” via MDM Recordings Inc. / ADA Canada. The 8-song EP was produced by Dan Swinimer, Danick Dupelle, David Thomson, Gavin Slate and Matt Morrisey and showcases her evolving artistry, blending country roots with a bold pop-rock edge. You can catch Savannah Jade live at Big Valley Jamboree in Camrose, AB, LASSO Montreal in Montreal, QC, and Festival Country Lotbinière in Saint-Agapit, QC in August.
Of the new track, Savannah Jade says, “This one is for the girls who don’t cry over ‘what could have been’. They laugh, block and write a bop about it. It’s about being better, not bitter. It’s me poking fun at my past crushes, turning the cringe into catchy, and they’re just proof of the ‘glow up’”.
Of the EP, Savannah Jade says, “This EP is for anyone who has fallen in love too fast, bounced back faster, and turned every ‘oops’ into a power move. These songs aren’t about chasing love, they’re about choosing you, owning every messy moment, and dancing through the chaos in killer boots like it’s your runway”.
